Return Policy

We have guaranteed your satisfaction on all of our products. If you are not satisfied for any reason, within 30 days of purchase, we will exchange the item, or refund the merchandise amount only. All merchandise should be returned in new condition, with original packaging. If you receive a product that was delivered damaged, you must contact us immediately, and return the item to be issued a replacement. If you paid with a personal check or money order, we will send you a refund check. If you used a credit card, we will credit your account less any transaction fees.

When your order arrives, you will find a packing list inside the carton. Should you wish to exchange or return merchandise, please take the following steps:

1. Photocopy the packing slip for you records and return the original, signed and dated by you, with a brief explanation of the return, enclose it with the return merchandise.
2. Send the return merchandise to: Islandog Publications 423 French Road Rochester NY 14618.
3. Send the package back to us via Parcel Post (4th class) insured mail, (no private mailing facilities, Priority Mail, or Express Mail) and save your receipt as record of your return. Sorry, no C.O.D.
